Q1: Is Learn to Lift at HOME suitable for complete beginners?

YES! Learn to Lift is designed for women who have never lifted before, and for those who have some experience but want to learn to lift in a more impactful way (to maximize results!!)

Q2: How long is the course & when does it start?

You can start anytime!

Learn to Lift at HOME is self-paced. Getting up-and-running will take you about 1 hour. You'll spend that hour watching the instructional videos before your first weight training session.

The program includes 10 weeks of workouts. You do not need to complete them in 10 weeks. So, if you need to skip a day or even a week or two (eg. for vacation or illness), just pick up where you left off when you're back.

From purchase date, you'll have 1 year access to the teaching videos and workouts.

Q3: How many days per week do I need to train & how long is each session?

You choose the frequency (I will ask you about it after you join).

You can train 2, 3, or 4 times per week. Choose the frequency that you think you can sustain for several months - you can always add more days later.

Each training session will take you 45-60 minutes to complete.

Only have 30 minutes? You can shorten the sessions by doing 2 sets of each exercise instead of 3.

Q4: What equipment will I need?

Learn to Lift at HOME is designed to get you training with minimal equipment so all you need is a ligher and a medium-weight set of dumbbells.

You’ll want about a yoga matt’s worth of space to workout in. And if you have a matt to lie on then that will be more comfortable for you.

If you are buying new dumbbells, then I suggest getting some adjustable ones so that you can add weight as you get stronger. Here are some suggestions >

Pro tip: there are a lot of dumbbells available second hand (after lockdown sparked a home fitness craze) – that’s how I’ve gotten barely used great dumbbells for almost nothing!

Q5: What if I have questions and need some help?
