If you're lifting weights with the goal of getting stronger and/or building muscle, you need to be tracking your lifts.
Tracking not only speeds up your sessions (because you know which weights to use and what reps to aim for), it's the best way to ensure you're making progress over time.
My tracker is built on Google Sheets. You can either:
1) Print it out: if you prefer pen and paper, OR
2) Use it online: By saving a copy to your own Google account
