Q: Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime from inside your account or by messaging me. You’ll keep access through your current billing period, and you can rejoin later whenever you’re ready.

Q: How many days per week do I need to train?

You choose 2, 3, or 4 days per week.

Q: How much time do the workouts take?

Each session takes 45–60 minutes.
Short on time? Do the 3–4 primary exercises and still see results.

Q: Do I need special equipment?

At home: just dumbbells and a bit of space (a yoga mat’s worth). Adjustable dumbbells are ideal as you get stronger.

At the gym: I use standard gym equipment, and every exercise includes alternatives if your gym doesn’t have something.

Q: Do I need to train on certain days?

No, you train when it suits you. I’ll guide you on how to space your sessions for best recovery. For example: if you train twice a week, leave 48 hours between sessions.

Q: What kind of support will I get from Lynn?

You’ll have direct chat access to me through the app and can join our private Facebook group for accountability and encouragement.

Q: Can I switch to home/gym workouts later - or change how many days/week I train?

Yes! Just drop me a note, and I'll adjust your programming as you wish.

Q: Is Stronger with Lynn suitable for complete beginners?

Stronger with Lynn is designed for women who already have some lifting experience. If you're new to lifting, I recomment my Learn to Lift program.

Q: Does this include a diet plan or weight loss element?

No, Learn to Lift focuses purely on strength training. If fat loss is your goal, I offer a course called Midlife Fat Loss Formula.

Hi, I'm Lynn!

At 49, I was working out five days a week, eating well, doing “all the right things” when my body suddenly changed in what felt like overnight: I lost muscle tone, gained belly fat, and started feeling like a stranger in my own skin.

What I hadn't realized was that my midlife body needed something different from all those group fitness classes with weights. It needed proper strength training.

So I started in the simplest way possible: in my basement, with old dumbbells following a clear, structured strength plan.

And everything changed.

I rebuilt muscle. I dropped visceral fat. I felt strong, capable, and at home in my body again.

Now I teach midlife women how to do the same using simple, science-based strength training that works with your changing body, not against it.

You can absolutely do this too, and I’d love to guide you.
